The Marquee is located on Vittal Mallya Road, which is the most expensive high street shopping destination of Bangalore. The corner plot allows us to take maximum exposure to the street hence the extensive use of glass and minimal use of opaque cladding. The upper stories being office spaces have secondary shading devices in the form of vertical louvres.
