Whilst modern in spirit, the designs and materials are carefully synchronised. Our designs reflect the taste and personality of our client and their functional requirements. We typically sit down with the entire family before we take to the drawing board. We discuss each of the family members requirement and need for personal space. This requirement matrix forms the basis of our design.

DKA designs contemporary homes to enhance the quality of thier clients lives. Current investigations in residential projects focus on the treatment of 'in-between spaces' like courtyards, double volume areas & corridors. These spaces are designed to heighten the perception of volume, touch, sight, unfolding the experience sequentially through the spaces. Clean lines is what sets our design apart.
