Indraneel Dutta was design architect at Zachariah Consultants where he conceptualised the initial schemes for Pride Developers. The site is situated on a very busy road, at the heart of the CBD. Two options were explored : one for a highend IT building / Office tower and the other for a Mixed-Use building with a Mall and 3 star business hotel.
